What’s included in the $299 + GST setup fee?
An initial discussion of your offer, target audience and branding
Creation of one sponsored advertisement, formatted for your chosen advertising platform.
Setup of one initial campaign on ONE of these options: Facebook and Instagram together, LinkedIn, or Google. You must link the required advertising account access to the Social Reach platform.
Creation of one campaign landing page and enquiry form
Setup of an initial automated email follow up
Lead notifications sent to your nominated contact details
Setup and connection of the initial campaign, where the required advertising account access is available
Testing of the page, form, notifications and automation before activation
Access to step by step video training to help you manage current and future campaigns
Advertising spend and the $99 + GST monthly platform fee are additional. The setup fee covers one initial campaign. Future campaign creation and ongoing advertising management are not included.

Advertising spend is additional and paid directly to the advertising platform. The monthly fee does not include us creating or managing current or future campaigns, regular campaign optimisation, or additional ads and landing pages. Additional charges may apply for email, SMS and other usage, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. These charges are separate from your monthly platform fee.

Your first month begins once your initial campaign setup is complete. Ongoing platform access costs $99 plus GST per month, payable in advance.
We will email your invoice 14 days before each monthly renewal date, with payment due by that renewal date.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
This offer does not include creating or repairing your social media account.
You will need active business accounts for the platforms you wish to advertise on, with the appropriate administrator access. This may include a Facebook Business Page, Instagram Professional Account, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn Page.
Your accounts must already be set up and accessible before we create campaigns for those platforms.
Have your advertising accounts ready
Before we can set up your campaign, you must have the required business pages and advertising accounts for your chosen platform, with the appropriate administrator access.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
• Your advertising account is active and ready to run paid advertisements.
• A valid payment method has been added for the platform to charge your advertising spend.
• You have accepted the platform’s applicable advertising terms and conditions.
• Any required account or business verification has been completed.
• You can grant us the access needed to set up your campaign.
These requirements are set by the advertising platforms and are outside our control. We cannot accept their terms or complete payment authorisation on your behalf. Missing access, incomplete account setup or platform restrictions may delay your campaign.
Creating, recovering or repairing your business pages or advertising accounts is not included in our setup fee.
Advertising cost is additional. Conditions apply.

Who manages my campaign after setup?
We create and set up your first campaign. Once it is launched, you are responsible for monitoring its performance, managing your advertising budget and making any changes. Your monthly subscription includes platform access, video training and email support for using the included features. Ongoing campaign management and optimisation by our team are not included.
How much do I pay to get started, and when does monthly billing begin?
Your initial payment is $437.80 including GST. This covers your campaign setup and your first month of platform access. Your first month begins when your initial campaign setup is complete. After that, platform access costs $99 + GST per month. We email your invoice 14 days before each monthly renewal date, with payment due by that date. Advertising spend is additional.
What is included in the monthly access?
Your $99 + GST monthly access includes the Sponsored Marketing platform, Advanced CRM, campaign statistics, enquiry management, automated email follow-up, lead notifications and access to step-by-step training.
Are there any costs beyond the setup and monthly fees?
Yes. Your advertising budget is separate and paid directly to your chosen advertising platform. Additional email, SMS and other usage charges may also apply, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. These charges are separate from your monthly platform fee.
What accounts do I need before starting?
You will need active business accounts for the platforms you wish to advertise on, with the appropriate administrator access. This may include a Facebook Business Page, Instagram Professional Account, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn Page. Your accounts must already be set up and accessible before we create campaigns for those platforms.
Which advertising platforms are included in my first campaign?
Your setup includes one advertisement and one initial campaign for your choice of Facebook and Instagram together, LinkedIn, or Google. It does not include separate campaigns across all three options.
How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes two to five business days, depending on the complexity of your requirements. This timeframe begins once we have received all required information, materials and advertising account access. Delays in your approvals or checks required by the advertising platform may extend this timeframe.
What happens after I get started?
Once you sign up, we will collect the information needed for your offer and campaign. We then build your first campaign and provide the training you need to continue managing future campaigns yourself.
Do I need marketing or advertising experience?
No marketing or advertising experience is required. Your first campaign is set up for you, and our step by step training shows you how to manage future campaigns through the platform. However, you should be confident using a computer, navigating online platforms and following digital instructions.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. There is no long term contract, and you may cancel at any time. Platform access is $99 plus GST per month, billed monthly in advance. This includes ongoing access to your campaign tools, CRM, statistics, automations and training.
If you cancel, your access will continue until your next billing date, when your account will be closed. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of the billing period.
Do I need an existing website?
No. Your setup includes a dedicated campaign landing page and enquiry form. This gives people somewhere to learn about your offer and submit an enquiry. Hosting of that page and form is included while your monthly platform subscription remains active. A full business website is not included.
What support is included if I need help?
You receive access to video training and email support for platform technical issues and guidance on using the included features. Campaign strategy, ongoing advertising management and work completed on your behalf are not included.
What happens to my landing page and enquiries if I cancel?
When your subscription ends, your campaign landing page will be taken offline and you will no longer have access to the platform or its features.
We will provide a CSV file containing your contacts, including the enquiries received before your account closes.
If we purchased a domain name on your behalf, it remains yours. You can arrange to update its DNS settings to connect it to another provider. Keeping your domain name does not keep your existing landing page live.
